My name is Clayton Riggs, and I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor here in Pocatello since 2019. I graduated with my Master’s in Marital, Couple, and Family Counseling at Idaho State University in 2019. Since graduating I have been dedicated to working with clients of all ages, in an individual, couple, or family setting. I am licensed in Idaho, and work with clients in person and over telehealth.

My goal as a counselor here in Pocatello is to help provide a healthy and safe environment for those seeking counseling services. During services my focus will be to help provide the necessary tools that align with the personal goals of the client. I work from multiple theories, but primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy and Person Centered Therapy. I strive to continue to learn new skills to be the best version of counselor that I possibly can.
